Civil engineer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the development, construction, and marketing of housing and infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico.
Raised in a family of developers and builders, influenced by the direct legacy of his father—also a real estate developer—he has led the construction, sale, and successful delivery of more than 5,000 homes and multiple residential developments across the island, establishing a proven track record in the housing sector.
In addition, it owns a diversified portfolio of real estate assets in the hospitality and retail segments, including hotels, vacation resorts, gas stations, and strategic retail properties, developed and operated as proprietary projects, backed by operational stability and long-term real estate value.
As Founding Partner & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ramón brings strategic leadership to the Fund that provides security to investors, protects the capital contributed, and guarantees continuity in value creation, enabling third parties to participate directly in its proven success. His leadership ensures that private capital is not invested in an idea in the testing phase, but rather in a business ecosystem that has already demonstrated its ability to generate profitability, growth, and protection of the money invested.

Francisco Javier Misla

Jerome (“Jerry”) Pierce Jr. se desempeña como Senior Advisor – Strategic Capital & Investor Relations de Puerto Rico Real Estate Fund LLC, donde apoya al Fondo en la expansión de relaciones con inversionistas estratégicos, socios institucionales y fuentes de capital interesadas en oportunidades de desarrollo inmobiliario en Puerto Rico. En este rol, el Sr. Pierce trabaja estrechamente con el Equipo Ejecutivo y colabora con el liderazgo operativo del Fondo para alinear la participación de los inversionistas con la estrategia de ejecución de las iniciativas de desarrollo del Fondo.
Mr. Pierce is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Interamerica Group (TIG), a management consulting and government relations firm with offices in Washington, D.C., San Juan, Puerto Rico, and São Paulo, Brazil. Through TIG, he has advised companies and organizations on development projects in the housing, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with particular experience in projects linked to federally funded initiatives and international investment.
Previously, Mr. Pierce served in the United States government as Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw key divisions of the agency, including budget, information technology, finance and accounting, personnel, and procurement. In this role, he gained extensive knowledge of federal housing policy, government funding mechanisms, and the operational dynamics of federal agencies, Congress, and the Executive Branch.
Prior to that, Mr. Pierce served as Deputy Mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey, where he worked on initiatives related to affordable housing, health care, and community planning and development.
In the private sector, Mr. Pierce has held executive positions at Mobil Oil and Unocal Chemicals, focusing on sales, business development, and building export channels for petroleum and chemical products throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. He later served as CEO of Interamerica Global, a healthcare technology company in Brazil, which he successfully led until its sale in 2019.
Mr. Pierce has also played a role in helping to facilitate funding and support for the rebuilding of Puerto Rico following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Dartmouth College, where he captained the football team and remains the all-time leader in tackles in Dartmouth football history. He received the prestigious Swede Nelson Award from the Boston Gridiron Association for excellence in academics, athletics, sportsmanship, and citizenship, and completed graduate studies in Public Administration at American University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Pierce is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is a recipient of the International Golden Rule Award (United Nations, 2014) for his service to humanity. He was inducted into the East Orange, New Jersey Hall of Fame in 2017.

Carlos J. Dávila

Throughout his career, he has held positions of utmost responsibility, notably as President of Citibank for Puerto Rico and the state of Florida, where he led regional strategy and banking operations in both markets. During this period, he was responsible for a significant expansion of the institution, increasing the branch network from 45 to 65 offices and strengthening Citibank's presence in highly competitive and highly regulated markets.
He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Westernbank in Puerto Rico, one of the country's most important financial institutions at the time, with multi-billion dollar assets. In this role, he oversaw complex large-scale operations, consolidating his experience in banking management, operational control, and corporate governance.
Between 2012 and 2015, Carlos J. Dávila served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of US Century Bank in South Florida. During this period, he successfully led a $65 million recapitalization process, approved by shareholders and regulators, enabling the financial strengthening and continuity of the institution as an independent community bank in the wake of the financial crisis.
He currently serves as a strategic advisor to several financial groups in Puerto Rico and the United States, participating in the structuring of complex financing for high-impact projects, as well as in the design of financial facilities and investment schemes between private equity funds, financial institutions, and developers.
