Register on our platform to access the private investor portal of Puerto Rico Real Estate Fund LLC. There, you will have access to your personal investor dashboard, where you can review quarterly reports, distributions, important documents, and updates related to the company’s developments.

Explore Investment Rounds

Within the Investor Dashboard, click the “New Investment” button to view active investment rounds for upcoming real estate projects developed by the company. You will be able to review financial projections, cash flow analyses, projected financial statements, plans, permits, and other relevant documentation.

Select an Investment Round

Once you have reviewed the investment opportunity, click “Invest” to begin the subscription process.

Review the Offering Memorandum

Review the Offering Memorandum, where you will find important information regarding the company, projects, risks, investment structure, and general terms of the offering.

Verify your identity

Complete the identity verification process required to proceed with the investment.

Complete the AML Compliance Process

Complete the AML compliance procedure required for regulatory and anti-money laundering verification purposes.

Sign the Subscription Agreement

Carefully review and electronically sign the Subscription Agreement corresponding to the selected Membership Unit class.

Review and Confirmation

Our team will review the submitted information and documentation. If everything is approved, you will receive the countersigned Subscription Agreement along with instructions for transferring your investment funds and formally completing your participation in Puerto Rico Real Estate Fund LLC.

Once your investment is finalized, you will be able to monitor your participation directly from the Investor Dashboard, including access to reports, documentation, and updates related to the company and its real estate projects.
