As a Real Estate Sales Manager, Walezka leads the marketing strategies of the residential projects of the company, coordinates the sales team, manages the relationship with buyers and real estate brokers, and supervises the process of sale of the units developed. Your work ensures that the projects of the PRRE Fund to achieve an efficient positioning in the market, facilitating the rotation of the inventory and contributing directly to the return of investment for the participants of the Fund.

His work focuses on the operational coordination in the field, ensuring that projects move forward in accordance with the construction plans, timelines established and the quality standards defined for each development.

Throughout his career he has been actively involved in the supervision of works, coordinating work teams, contractors and suppliers involved in the different stages of construction of residential projects.

As Managing Director – Real Estate & Projects, Francisco Javier supervises the work of the developments of the company directly on site, coordinating the daily execution of the projects and ensuring that each stage of construction is in accordance with the technical plans and the operational objectives of the PRRE Fund. Your role allows you to keep a constant control on the progress of the works, ensuring efficiency in the implementation and alignment between the physical development of the projects and the overall strategy of the Fund.

José Colón is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Puerto Rico and Managing Partner of Colón Álvarez CPA, LLC. In his professional practice, he leads and supervises audit engagements, coordinating work teams and managing multiple assignments simultaneously, with direct responsibility for resource planning, reviewing audit programs, and evaluating the scope and compliance with applicable professional requirements.

He has a solid track record in analyzing tax and fiscal matters, an area in which he has developed particular expertise in income taxes. His professional experience spans sectors such as financial institutions, construction, real estate development, commercial leasing, wholesale and retail trade, as well as non-profit organizations, including health and diagnostic centers.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial information for management decision-making and the issuance of financial statements. He has also represented clients before government agencies and regulatory bodies, financial institutions, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

Mr. Pierce is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Interamerica Group (TIG), a management consulting and government relations firm with offices in Washington, D.C., San Juan, Puerto Rico, and São Paulo, Brazil. Through TIG, he has advised companies and organizations on development projects in the housing, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with particular experience in projects linked to federally funded initiatives and international investment.

Previously, Mr. Pierce served in the United States government as Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw key divisions of the agency, including budget, information technology, finance and accounting, personnel, and procurement. In this role, he gained extensive knowledge of federal housing policy, government funding mechanisms, and the operational dynamics of federal agencies, Congress, and the Executive Branch.

Prior to that, Mr. Pierce served as Deputy Mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey, where he worked on initiatives related to affordable housing, health care, and community planning and development.

In the private sector, Mr. Pierce has held executive positions at Mobil Oil and Unocal Chemicals, focusing on sales, business development, and building export channels for petroleum and chemical products throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. He later served as CEO of Interamerica Global, a healthcare technology company in Brazil, which he successfully led until its sale in 2019.

Mr. Pierce has also played a role in helping to facilitate funding and support for the rebuilding of Puerto Rico following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Dartmouth College, where he captained the football team and remains the all-time leader in tackles in Dartmouth football history. He received the prestigious Swede Nelson Award from the Boston Gridiron Association for excellence in academics, athletics, sportsmanship, and citizenship, and completed graduate studies in Public Administration at American University in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Pierce is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is a recipient of the International Golden Rule Award (United Nations, 2014) for his service to humanity. He was inducted into the East Orange, New Jersey Hall of Fame in 2017.

Carlos J. Dávila is a senior banking executive with over 27 years of experience in the financial industry, with a distinguished career in international and community banking institutions in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Throughout his career, he has held positions of utmost responsibility, notably as President of Citibank for Puerto Rico and the state of Florida, where he led regional strategy and banking operations in both markets. During this period, he was responsible for a significant expansion of the institution, increasing the branch network from 45 to 65 offices and strengthening Citibank's presence in highly competitive and highly regulated markets.

He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Westernbank in Puerto Rico, one of the country's most important financial institutions at the time, with multi-billion dollar assets. In this role, he oversaw complex large-scale operations, consolidating his experience in banking management, operational control, and corporate governance.

Between 2012 and 2015, Carlos J. Dávila served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of US Century Bank in South Florida. During this period, he successfully led a $65 million recapitalization process, approved by shareholders and regulators, enabling the financial strengthening and continuity of the institution as an independent community bank in the wake of the financial crisis.

He currently serves as a strategic advisor to several financial groups in Puerto Rico and the United States, participating in the structuring of complex financing for high-impact projects, as well as in the design of financial facilities and investment schemes between private equity funds, financial institutions, and developers.

He began his career as a Real Estate Salesperson at C&C Real Estate & Associates, specializing in the sale of residential projects in new municipalities as Añasco, St. Germain and Red Cape.
